  • Xera [DONE]
    06/09/18 17:30 - 20:30

    Raid Type: Training
    Raid Leader: Cookie Inc

    It's time we settled this.

We are going to practice the mechanics of the final encounter in Stronghold of the Faithful, Xera. We will try to clear the encounter, but success cannot be guaranteed.

This training is primarily aimed at raiders, who have already seen this encounter before, but weren't yet able to beat it or believe that additional practice wouldn't hurt. If you haven't tried Xera before, please read a guide or watch some videos, so that you know what to expect. Mechanics will be explained if necessary.

I would not recommend this encounter, if you haven't already gathered some raid experience!

Important! Xera will follow the person with the highest toughness (the tank). The toughness of our tanks is usually around 1,400. If you have higher toughness than that and can absolutely not lower it, make sure to include that in your signup, so that our tank can prepare to increase their own toughness!

    Masteries:

    • Ley Line Gliding is required, you will not be able to participate without it.
    • Rift Forger is useful, but not required.

    We will need:

    • 2 Chronomancers for Quickness/Alacrity (1 Tank)
    • 1 Standard Bearer Warrior for Empower Allies/Banners
    • 2 Healers (1 Harrier Druid for Might/Spirits)
    • any DPS

    Remarks:

The raid starts at 19:30 CEST.

We only take experienced tanks to our training runs to ensure that the group will get to practice as many of the phases and mechanics as possible. If you are interested in learning to tank, please contact a member of the Raid Team and we will see what we can do, but this is unfortunately not the right place for it.

If you have any questions before the raid, you can send me a private message or contact me via Discord!

Before signing up to your first raid, make sure to sign up as a raider by clicking on the "Raider Registration" button above (you only need to do this once).

To sign up to a raid, reply to the thread using your in-game account name (Name.1234), and the role you want to fill (specific roles that are required are found in the description of the raid).

Your reply will appear as an unverified comment. Once it is verified, it means that you have been confirmed for that raid!

If a raid is already tagged as full, you can still sign up as backup to a specific role. The raid leader will contact you if a spot opens up.

  • Sign-Up Etiquette

    1. Only sign up if you are sure you can be there on time and for the entire duration of the raid.
    2. Make sure you have read the entire description and meet the requirements for the raid you are signing up for.
    3. If something comes up that either makes you late, not able to attend at all, or requires you to leave early, message your raid leader as soon as possible.
    4. Please be online ingame and on TS latest at the time the raid starts.

    Let's have fun together!
