    Thank you for your interest in lending a hand! We are always on the lookout for anyone interested in helping out with the community!

    Whether you are interested in becoming one of our commanders, joining our Minecraft team, or helping us out with social media or even contributing artwork, we're always grateful and looking for any help you can offer!

  • Team Requirements

    Guild Wars 2

    None of our GW2 teams have commanding quotas, in other words, we don't require team members to command an X amount of events per week. We also don't require any extensive knowledge of Guild Wars 2, and our teams have a training structure in place to help those who are learning become adept commanders!

    A team should never feel like a job, rather, it should feel more like a club. The only requirements are:

    • You will be required to speak, so a working microphone is required!
    • You will be required to commit to coming / not coming to activities in advance (3 days)
    • You will be required to inform the team manager if you take a longer break from activities


    Our Minecraft team is shiny and new, but that does not mean it's without requirements! Unlike the GW2 Team, speaking in public is generally not required, but it is still good if you do have a microphone, so that we may talk in voice privately within the team when discussing plans. It's also nice if you can commit to an event in advance, so we know who to count on when organising scheduled events, however, this is not always required, as a lot of building can happen at any time.

    Generally, the MC Team is new and flexible, and you can cover the specifics of your expectations and general availability & interest with the Team Manager during your interview.

    Note: Sending in an application will not immediately commit you to anything - it simply means you are interested, and the team manager of the team you signed up to will get in contact with you!

    • Commanders use the OpenCommunity public discord to get in touch with other members of the community, plus a specific Team-based discord to coordinate and plan events and keep in touch with the staff. If you don't use discord yet, we can help you get set up ^^
