  1. In some ways I was
    in an unclimbable pit.

    But had I condemned myself
    by creating its walls
    from thoughts too brittle
    to carry my weight?

    Whether it was mercy
    or a crime,

    it was done without
    anyone asking me.

  2. I suppose what I'd want to see most as a mod (if nothing else), would be some kind of a storage mod that either adds bigger chests or barrels or both. A minimap is also very nice (and something I've noticed I severely miss now that I don't have it). When it comes to bigger mods, I guess something that makes the biomes more versatile (Natura comes in mind), and maybe some tech/magic/crafting mod.

For me personally things that just add more aesthetics to the game are nice too, more things to decorate and more options on how (and what of) build your base. ^^

  3. This is the Condition-Phalanx Strength build for Warriors. In addition to dealing damage itself, this build build brings party wide might stacking and buffs via banners and EA (Empower Allies). HOWEVER in comparison to the Power Phalanx build, this build isn't as efficient in stacking Might - the strength of this build comes from being able to deal sustainable damage from ranged, support to other condition damage dealers in the group (via "Deep Strike" Arms trait) and CC from Headbutt on demand. This build requires the Berserker specialization. This build is valid also in the current Raid content. NOTE though, that this build is difficult to gear up, and moderately hard to play optimally.

    Equipment

Full Viper's gear (Power,Condition damage, Precision, Expertice), ascended stat combination name is [Yassinth's.. ]

Viper's jewelry, except for one Sinister's Accessory and Sinister's backpiece

    Main set: Viper's Longbow

    Offset: Viper's Sword / Viper's Torch

    Runes / Sigils

Armor: [Superior Rune of the Aristocracy] x6 (from Caudecus' Manor, sadly the only option for this build)

Both weapon-sets: [Superior Sigil of Earth] & [Superior Sigil of Strength]

    Traits

    condipswarritraits.png

1st line: Tactics: Empowered , Empower Allies , Phalanx Strength

( As the 2nd trait, you can also take Burning Arrows if you're playing solo, or if you're in a condition damage based group )

2nd line: Arms: Berserker's Fury , Deep Strike , Furious

3rd line: Berserker: Smash Brawler , Heat the Soul , King of Fires

    Utility Skills

    condipswarriskills.png

    Healing Skill (6): Blood reckoning

Open Utility Skills (7,8,9): "For Great Justice!", Banner of Strength, Banner of Discipline. Situationally instead of "For Great Justice!" or Banner of Discipline: Wild Blow (Crowd Control)

Elite Skill: Headbutt. Situationally: Signet of Rage (if no need for CC and you need more Might), Battle Standard (For TripleTrouble)

    Food & Consumables

Rare Veggie Pizza or Koi Cake (+70 Condition damage, +20 % Condition duration), Super Veggie Pizza (budget food)

Toxic Focusing Crystal (+100 Condition damage, +10 % Condition duration)

On condition builds consumables give you significant amount of Condition Duration, making them very important. (You can check Sithicus' Condition Warrior build for more info on consumables.)

    Practice

Basic Skill rotation: Drop Banners (Utility) -> Getting in combat -> Use both Torch skills (4 -> 5) -> Headbutt (Elite) -> Activate Berserker (F2) -> Flaming Flurry (Sword Berserker F1) -> Switch to Longbow -> Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1)

    1. Whenever you enter Berserker, use Flaming Flurry (Sword Berskerker F1), before swapping to Longbow!

    2. Skill priority when in BerserkerScorched earth (Longbow F1) > Fan of Fire (Longbow 2), Pin Down (Longbow 5) > Arcing Arrow (Longbow 3), Smoldering Arrow (Longbow 4) > Auto-attack (Longbow 1)

    3. Whenever berserker ends, swap straight back to Sword / Torch.

    4. Skill priority when NOT in Berserker: Blaze Breaker (Torch 4) > Flames of War (Torch 5) > Final Thrust (Sword 3, if enemy is under 50 % health) > Auto-attack (Sword 1)

    5. Back to 1.

    Important Combo's / Interactions:

Might stacking: Use "FGJ!" on cooldown. Use Blood Reckoning (Heal) always after Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1), so you can fire another Scorched Earth straight after (6th set bonus from the Aristocracy runes). Land Arcing Arrow on the Scorched Earth's fire field for Blast Finisher. Banners also act as Blast Finishers when you recast them in long fights.

Fire Field Usage: Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1) and Flames of War (Torch 5) are your fire fields. Always shoot your arrows, especially Smoldering Arrow (Longbow 4) through fire fields for burning physical projectile finisher. Use Savage Leap (Sword 2) through fire fields to gain Fire Aura (interracts with the King of Fires Berserker-trait).

Crowd Control (CC): After the initial Headbutt (elite) when entering combat, you'll have no use for it in your rotation, so you're free to save it for CC. As mentioned above, you can switch either "FGJ!" or Discipline banner for Wild Blow if you need heavy CC-ing. It's worth mentioning, that Headbutt on it's own should usually be enough.

Hope this was useful for you! And thanks to Akke.8502! :) You can also contact him in-game for any questions about this spec. An attribute picture may be added later if one of us decides to get the gear done. :D

  4. Yah as you may notice this build was submitted quite a long time ago and therefore might have some updates to it. Heal skill definitely is one of those. In raids Blood reckoning and Defiant stance are the ones you should go to it depending on the situation. Healing signet still has its' usage for fights in which you take constant small damage.

Ok this one is a bit tricky because I used the first person camera and you can't see my character. I didn't want to ruin the shot. :D You can imagine it standing right in the foreground of the picture though.

  6. Meet Indeedo, the infamous druid.

I didn't like Sylvari females for a long time because of their annoying smirking animations, but I've grown to like the way they look if you make their eyes black -  the smirking begins to look sinister. Here's my newly re-geared ranger, now in full Zealots' and ready to raid if needed. I usually don't like to dress Sylvari into anything except plant armor, but I think the Aetherblade + Carapace work on her pretty well. Dark brown dyes are Oil Slick and Charred, the lighter brown is Cinders, the orange is Molten, darker yellow is Pyre and the lighter is Flare. ^ _ ^ (Also I LOVE THE INFINITE HAIRSTYLE CONTRACT, because I can always switch my hair to match the armor colors. <3456)
