Cybersmile Fundraiser Concluded! Thanks to everyone who donated!

May has come to an end, and we have concluded the Cybersmile fundraiser, sending 50% of all donations we've received between the 1st of April and the 31st of May to the Cybersmile Foundation - a non-profit organization focusing on cool stuff such as promoting a more positive, inclusive, and diverse space on the internet, as well as helping victims of cyberbullying and online abuse!

Together, we've raised 200€ for Cybersmile, and have sent over the donation this morning!

Cybersmile has been kind enough to provide a quick reference to see how much of a difference our donation will make. The donation can cover:

• 73 instances of emergency support via the phone helpline
• 11 50-minute counselling sessions for victims of cyberbullying
• Training a Cybersmile volunteer to help others online

 

So all in all, we did something good, everyone ^^

Thanks to everyone who donated, every donation counts and helps promote a more positive space on the internet! Let's make sure that we continue being a beacon of positivity on the internet! Keep on shining, everyone!
