Susimusta 48 Report post Posted October 19, 2016 This is the Condition-Phalanx Strength build for Warriors. In addition to dealing damage itself, this build build brings party wide might stacking and buffs via banners and EA (Empower Allies). HOWEVER in comparison to the Power Phalanx build, this build isn't as efficient in stacking Might - the strength of this build comes from being able to deal sustainable damage from ranged, support to other condition damage dealers in the group (via "Deep Strike" Arms trait) and CC from Headbutt on demand. This build requires the Berserker specialization. This build is valid also in the current Raid content. NOTE though, that this build is difficult to gear up, and moderately hard to play optimally. Equipment Full Viper's gear (Power,Condition damage, Precision, Expertice), ascended stat combination name is [Yassinth's.. ] Viper's jewelry, except for one Sinister's Accessory and Sinister's backpiece Main set: Viper's Longbow Offset: Viper's Sword / Viper's Torch Runes / Sigils Armor: [Superior Rune of the Aristocracy] x6 (from Caudecus' Manor, sadly the only option for this build) Both weapon-sets: [Superior Sigil of Earth] & [Superior Sigil of Strength] Traits 1st line: Tactics: Empowered , Empower Allies , Phalanx Strength ( As the 2nd trait, you can also take Burning Arrows if you're playing solo, or if you're in a condition damage based group ) 2nd line: Arms: Berserker's Fury , Deep Strike , Furious 3rd line: Berserker: Smash Brawler , Heat the Soul , King of Fires Utility Skills Healing Skill (6): Blood reckoning Open Utility Skills (7,8,9): "For Great Justice!", Banner of Strength, Banner of Discipline. Situationally instead of "For Great Justice!" or Banner of Discipline: Wild Blow (Crowd Control) Elite Skill: Headbutt. Situationally: Signet of Rage (if no need for CC and you need more Might), Battle Standard (For TripleTrouble) Food & Consumables Rare Veggie Pizza or Koi Cake (+70 Condition damage, +20 % Condition duration), Super Veggie Pizza (budget food) Toxic Focusing Crystal (+100 Condition damage, +10 % Condition duration) On condition builds consumables give you significant amount of Condition Duration, making them very important. (You can check Sithicus' Condition Warrior build for more info on consumables.) Practice Basic Skill rotation: Drop Banners (Utility) -> Getting in combat -> Use both Torch skills (4 -> 5) -> Headbutt (Elite) -> Activate Berserker (F2) -> Flaming Flurry (Sword Berserker F1) -> Switch to Longbow -> Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1) 1. Whenever you enter Berserker, use Flaming Flurry (Sword Berskerker F1), before swapping to Longbow! 2. Skill priority when in Berserker: Scorched earth (Longbow F1) > Fan of Fire (Longbow 2), Pin Down (Longbow 5) > Arcing Arrow (Longbow 3), Smoldering Arrow (Longbow 4) > Auto-attack (Longbow 1) 3. Whenever berserker ends, swap straight back to Sword / Torch. 4. Skill priority when NOT in Berserker: Blaze Breaker (Torch 4) > Flames of War (Torch 5) > Final Thrust (Sword 3, if enemy is under 50 % health) > Auto-attack (Sword 1) 5. Back to 1. Important Combo's / Interactions: Might stacking: Use "FGJ!" on cooldown. Use Blood Reckoning (Heal) always after Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1), so you can fire another Scorched Earth straight after (6th set bonus from the Aristocracy runes). Land Arcing Arrow on the Scorched Earth's fire field for Blast Finisher. Banners also act as Blast Finishers when you recast them in long fights. Fire Field Usage: Scorched Earth (Longbow Berserker F1) and Flames of War (Torch 5) are your fire fields. Always shoot your arrows, especially Smoldering Arrow (Longbow 4) through fire fields for burning physical projectile finisher. Use Savage Leap (Sword 2) through fire fields to gain Fire Aura (interracts with the King of Fires Berserker-trait). Crowd Control (CC): After the initial Headbutt (elite) when entering combat, you'll have no use for it in your rotation, so you're free to save it for CC. As mentioned above, you can switch either "FGJ!" or Discipline banner for Wild Blow if you need heavy CC-ing. It's worth mentioning, that Headbutt on it's own should usually be enough. Hope this was useful for you! And thanks to Akke.8502! You can also contact him in-game for any questions about this spec.
