I've got some not so fun news!

Due to a corruption with the TS database, we've had to revert the TeamSpeak to a previous state. This means that permissions have been reverted, channels that were made in the meantime have been deleted, etc.

If you're in any of the community guilds and your guild channel got deleted, please let us know - contact any admin or moderator!

All the supporters will be receiving mails with new keys for TS supporter badges tomorrow!

If you lost your community member tag, or guild tag, just poke any guardian, moderator, or admin, and it shall be reassigned.

We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Here's some quick tips to posting a guide:

• Present a quick & short summary of what your guide is trying to achieve & where it's useful
• Divide your guide into several portions. For example:
  • Concept - Explain the thoughts behind why this guide is needed and what you hope to achieve with it
  • Theory - Go through what kind of skills, items, armor, traits, etc. are needed
  • Practice - Explain how these should be applied to get the best out of them
  • Application - Test out what your guide is teaching, and provide the results
• Pictures are always nice, but don't go too big or too fancy
• Don't be afraid of non-meta playstyles & builds, variety is one of the greatest things in the universe!
  • Make sure to outline what your guide is useful for, and what its limitations are 

It doesn't matter if your guide is 300 or 3000 words, as long as it's informative enough for other players to replicate what you're doing ^^

Month 2: he already looks so much healthier

A few months ago, I adopted a stray abandoned kitten, and a lot of community members have been following up on how it's been doing - so here's the thread for the one, the only - Mars Bar the Martian Cat!

Week 1-4: He was literally dropped in my lap and suddenly I was a parent!

Yayyy it's my favorite GW2-based thread, back again for round two!

First I'll dig up my old pictures from the previous forums - here's Chastwyr!

Chastwyr is a tricksy mesmer. I like really natural colours so I didn't go for the most vibrant pink options, instead choosing something that goes along with her complexion. She needs to be quick & stealthy so the magic pajama pants are an obvious choice, and the backless top was just a must have!

You can advertise your guild in this forum without registering your guild with OpenCommunity! Just make a post here, be sure to include

• Your guild name (Tag & Full name)
• A short description about what your guild is about
• Your main gaming focus (PvE, PvP, PvX, WvW)
  • If you're a WvW guild also include what server you operate on
• Your representation policies
• Anything else you think is important for others to know before joining your guild!
• Contact information so people know where & how to contact you

Since we're asking people to introduce themselves here I guess I'll get started :3

I'm a 22 year old human. Currently I spend most of my time playing games & engaging in video game culture - which is one of my top interests. I work in the video games industry, and hope to one day create my very own game ^^ I love making & creating things, but find it hard to commit, so I occasionally produce a short story, drawing, table top game, or some other semi-finished product

I am the proud (but often-injured) parent of two cats, Micka and Mars Bar the Martian Cat.

My favorite genre of games is RPGs, and I also have a weak spot for strategy / city-building games.
